Meet the Team
To Voyager, we bring 28 years of collective experience in climate stabilization. We have founded and built climate technology companies valued at nearly $2B and crafted climate policy at the International Energy Agency and Obama White House Office of Energy and Climate Change. Since 2015, we have individually invested in more than 25 climate technology companies.

We are hiring for new roles at Voyager.
James brings 17 years of experience across venture capital, high growth technology companies, and investment banking. He began his career at Morgan Stanley, where he structured over $3B in private placements as a founding member of the Private Capital Markets team. He led finance and operations at Stackpoint Ventures and was also co-founder and CFO of Pillo Health, which was acquired by Stanley Black & Decker.
James holds an undergraduate degree from Brown University and an MBA from Columbia Business School. He is a founding member of the F Suite and a CFA charterholder.
Perspectives
Richa brings to Voyager her experience spanning climate finance, policy, and entrepreneurship in both the public and private sectors. She led content and regulatory strategy for BlackRock's climate analytics platform, founded a venture to channel retirement funds into climate startups, and modeled deployment of federal energy financing at the Department of Energy Loan Programs Office. Richa holds an AB and MPA from Harvard and an MBA from Stanford.
She lives in New York (most of the time) but can also be found at the beach in San Diego.
